Pamela Tucker, Greenland

Prior to joining the House of Representatives in 2008, Pamela worked at The Gillette Company in Boston for nine years, starting in field sales and working through a variety of management positions before leaving the company in 2002.  Pamela is in her second term in the house, having served on the Environment and Agriculture committee as a whip in the first term.  Pamela was also a co-chair of the House Republican Alliance for a brief period prior to assuming the role of Deputy Speaker. 

Pamela has been a resident of Greenland since 2000.  She resides with her husband, three beautiful daughters, two cats and a bunny.

 

Chandler

Gene Chandler, Bartlett

Rep. Chandler, a Republican from Bartlett, , is serving his 13th term in the House and represents Carroll County District 1 which includes Bartlett, Chatham, Conway, Hale’s Location, Hart’s Location and Jackson. He is a former Speaker of the House (2001-2004) and currently serves as the House Republican Policy Leader. He also serves on the House Public Works and Highways. Rep. Chandler is a member of the Long Range Capital Planning and Utilization Committee. Rep. Chandler attended Olivet College and New Hampshire College and is in the real estate, land and timber business. He and his late wife, Nancy, were married for more than 30 years and he is the father of two grown sons.

Rep. Chandler has served as chairman of the Bartlett Board of Selectmen for 17 years and has been a board member for more than 30 years. He is also a former town and school district moderator, past president of the North Conway Country Club, and former chairman of the Mt. Washington Valley Ski Educational Foundation.
