		<description>The fact that New Hampshire instituted the primary system, as we know it, should indicate to all states that &quot;The First in the Nation Primary&quot; BELONGS to US.  We did NOT &quot;snatch this idea&quot; from Florida, Iowa, or any other state in the country. To all of the others states, my suggestion is:  &quot;Just think up something else, just as spectacular - although that will be hard to do, and then claim that idea as your own &quot;first in the nation something&quot;.  Good luck!!!</description>
