We did NOT &quot;snatch this idea&quot; from Florida, Iowa, or any other state in the country. To all of the others states, my suggestion is:  &quot;Just think up something else, just as spectacular - although that will be hard to do, and then claim that idea as your own &quot;first in the nation something&quot;.
